Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
At time of booking a 25% to 50% deposit is required depending on the season or length of stay in order to guarantee your reservation.
50% of any deposit is non-refundable.

If cancelled within 21days of arrival NO refund.
During certain time a deposit can be saved for future travel within the same calendar year.
